The results revealed the following process in the community of children with disabilities and their mothers in the New Town: occurrence between \"mothers forming the core of the community\" and \"mothers isolated from the regional community\" of \" encounters that trigger community formation\" due to the bond, which resulted in formation of \" The community of the child care support in the New Town\" and promoted the mothers' awareness of their children's \" discovery of the meaning of disability\". In addition, the following were identified as support considered necessary by mothers: \"understanding of disabilities that can not be recognized or seen by appearance\", \"ensuring accessibility to care and education\", and \"elimination of disparity\".
