The contents of the questionnaire included: (1) gender, age, years of work experience, (2) an evaluation of the efficacy scale of nursery school teachers (according to the work of Nishiyama, 2006), (3) a description of five perceptions of childcare workers (within 20-30 Japanese characters). From the this investigation, it was discovered that the evaluation results of the childcare worker efficacy scale showed higher values than the results of previously reported research regarding both new childcare workers and student childcare workers. This involved the creation of two groups for both newly appointed childcare workers and student childcare workers, a group showing high evaluation results, and a group showing low evaluation results, and a comparison of the results of the perceptions of these childcare workers. Regarding student childcare workers, the perception of childcare workers in the group that showed high evaluation results was that the knowledge about childcare learned at school was dispersed. However, it was not a perception based on actual childcare practice. In contrast, the perceptions of childcare workers in the group showing low evaluation results were poor. Regarding newly appointed childcare workers, in the group with high evaluation results, the perceptions of childcare workers were mainly related to their specific involvement with children as a childcare worker. In contrast, in the group showing low evaluation results, the perceptions of childcare workers covered various aspects of the childcare environment. From the above analysis, it was discovered that in the case of new childcare workers, there is typically an imbalance between the awareness of the childcare environment and various human relationships, and childcare practice as a childcare worker. The development process of new childcare workers can be classified into two groups: (1) a group that was unaware of their surroundings and who prioritized their own childcare actions, and (2) a group that was well aware of their surroundings, but had low confidence in their nursery teaching practices because of this awareness. In summary, there are some significant characteristics important to the development of new childcare workers, and it is worthwhile to train new childcare workers according to these characteristics.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"affiliations":[{"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationNameLang":"en"}]}],"names":[{"name":"SHIBATA Chosei","nameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"京都文教大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2436-4681","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"京都文教大学こども教育学部こども教育学科","affiliationNameLang":"ja"}]}],"creatorAlternatives":[{"creatorAlternativeLang":"ja"}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"柴田 長生","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"SHIBATA Chosei","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"familyNames":[{"familyNameLang":"ja"}],"givenNames":[{"givenNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2023-08-29"}],"filename":"ce03_10_shibata.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"url":"https://kbu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2000003/files/ce03_10_shibata.pdf"},"version_id":"e1e45138-306a-4d83-bc70-0cbc504a9955"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper"}]},"item_title":"新任保育者における、保育者の専門性獲得のための基盤形成について 1 ─ 保育実践における能動的側面と受動的側面に着目して ─","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"新任保育者における、保育者の専門性獲得のための基盤形成について 1 ─ 保育実践における能動的側面と受動的側面に着目して ─","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"Creation of the Foundations for Childcare Expertise Acquisition for New Childcare Workers : Focusing on Active and Passive Aspects of Childcare Practice","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"11","path":["218","1693276340884"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2023-08-29"},"publish_date":"2023-08-29","publish_status":"0","recid":"2000003","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["新任保育者における、保育者の専門性獲得のための基盤形成について 1 ─ 保育実践における能動的側面と受動的側面に着目して ─"],"weko_creator_id":"11","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-09-12T04:11:46.869490+00:00"}
