A questionnaire survey was conducted among 40 childcare workers with 3 to less than 6 years of experience.\n\nThe following points were clarified based on the childcare worker efficacy scale and description of the image of childcare workers.\n \nExperience of 3 to less than 4 year: \nAt this stage, workers become more active in day-to-day childcare practices and are able to carry out activities appropriate to childcare situations with confidence. By engaging in rich practice, they are able to notice and accept the varied situations around them.\n\nExperience of 4 to less than 5 years:\nChildcare practices become more complex, and the worker possesses greater -awareness of surrounding situations awareness of surrounding situations. As a result, the integration of childcare practices and awareness of childcare situations begins. This period is a turning point in professional development.\n\nExperience of 5 to less than 6 years:\nThe Integration of childcare practice and awareness of childcare situations is complete Childcare practices become holistic and objective.
