This study was conducted to develop a multifaceted scale to measure attitudes toward ambiguity among university students in the preparatory stage for employment. It also examined the relation between these attitudes and 16 personality traits. For Study 1, we investigated the correspondence between 50 items related to “becoming a regular employee” and the 11 dimensions of the Career Decision-Making Profile (CDMP) through participatory action research. The results of a factor analysis of “becoming a regular employee,” conducted in Study 2, suggested that attitudes toward ambiguity comprise multiple aspects encompassing both positive and negative attitudes: “enjoyment,” “acceptance,” “control,” and “exclusion” of ambiguity. “Enjoyment,” a positive attitude toward ambiguity, was positively correlated with 14 personality traits. It proved to be the most responsive. This finding suggests that, for university second-year and third-year university students in the preparatory stage for employment, holding the assumption that they are in an ambiguous situation and providing career guidance that actively engages them can enhance the effectiveness of career support for recipients with varying levels of readiness.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"affiliations":[{"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"KYOTO BUNKYO UNIVERSITY","affiliationNameLang":"en"}]}],"familyNames":[{"familyNameLang":"en"}],"givenNames":[{"givenNameLang":"en"}],"names":[{"name":"NAKASHIMA Tsuyoshi","nameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"京都文教大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"KYOTO BUNKYO UNIVERSITY","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"item_10002_source_id_9","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2759-2413","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"京都文教大学","affiliationNameLang":"ja"},{"affiliationName":"KYOTO BUNKYO UNIVERSITY","affiliationNameLang":"en"}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"中嶌 剛","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"NAKASHIMA Tsuyoshi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"familyNames":[{"familyNameLang":"ja"}],"givenNames":[{"givenNameLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2025-03-26"}],"filename":"sr26_10_nakashima.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"3.7 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","url":{"url":"https://kbu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2000212/files/sr26_10_nakashima.pdf"},"version_id":"7e0cfc67-55c3-4a11-b6ac-2e216454a7f4"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"multidimensional structure","subitem_subject_language":"en"},{"subitem_subject":"tolerance of ambiguity","subitem_subject_language":"en"},{"subitem_subject":"full-time employee for the time being orientation scales","subitem_subject_language":"en"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper"}]},"item_title":"大学生の就職に関する曖昧態度の多次元構造の検討 ―「とりあえず正社員就職」尺度の開発","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"大学生の就職に関する曖昧態度の多次元構造の検討 ―「とりあえず正社員就職」尺度の開発","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"The Multidimensional Structure of University Students’ Ambiguous Attitudes Toward Employment:Application of the Tolerance of Ambiguity and “Full-time Employee for the time being orientation”Scales","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"11","path":["247","1742971813768"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2025-03-26"},"publish_date":"2025-03-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"2000212","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["大学生の就職に関する曖昧態度の多次元構造の検討 ―「とりあえず正社員就職」尺度の開発"],"weko_creator_id":"11","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-03-26T07:59:12.408496+00:00"}
