| 内容記述 | 本研究は、問題行動を呈する自閉スペクトラム症児に対して、適切なコミュニケーション行動の形成を目指した支援事例である。対象児は地域共生型デイサービス来所時に暴言、暴力、唾吐き等の問題行動が頻発し、適切なコミュニケーションが困難な状況にあった。そこで、筆者は問題行動の生起する具体的場面を通してABC分析を行った。その結果、問題行動は不適切なコミュニケーション行動の強化によって悪循環的に維持されていることが推測された。そこで、PECSに基づいたコミュニケーション・トレーニングを実施し、課題場面における問題行動と相容れない適応的な代替行動として、チェックリストと文字カードを活用した支援を行った。その結果、対象児の問題行動が低減し適切なコミュニケーション行動が確認された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This research is an example that aims to create appropriate communication methods in support of children with autism spectrum disorder who have challenging behaviors. The target children are those that had difficulty communicating appropriately and frequently displayed behavioral issues such as using violent language, being physically violent, or throwing up during their visits to the community for day-service. The author thus made an ABC analysis through the specific situations in which those problematic behaviors occurred. As a result, the author estimates that these problematic behaviors were sustained through a vicious cycle of enhanced inappropriate communications. The author supported the activities by conducting communication training using PECS and using checklists and cards with words as an alternative adaptive action that would be incompatible with the problematic actions in the problematic situations. This resulted in a decline in problematic behaviors displayed by the target children, resulting in more appropriate communications. | |||||||||||||
