 note = {In Career Education, there is almost no practice of inter-school cooperation beyond the boundaries of
schools. Career Education is important for career development for one's future, so if it is divided at each school,
it will not be effective Career Education. Children's lives continue after they graduate from school, but teachers
provide a complete education until they graduate. Therefore, Career Education is completed at each school.
The Career Passport introduced in 2020 is a new educational practice that breaks through the way education
is completed at each school.
In this research, we will consider the significance of Career Education through collaboration between
elementary, junior high, and high schools, with the Career Passport as the core. After that, the current situation
and challenges to achieve it will be examined.},
