地域協働研究ジャーナル","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"精神障害者の雇用を進めていくことが求められている昨今、そのまま雇用を行うだけでなく、企業側の受け入れ経験やスキルの蓄積と、精神障害者側の職場で起こりうる困難な事態の想定双方に有効なものとして、企業での雇用を前提としない実習が挙げられる。しかし現状として企業が障害者雇用や実習に対してどのように考えているかは不明であることから、本研究では、企業の障害者の受け入れにおける課題を整理するための基礎的調査を行った。その結果、障害者雇用や実習を進めていく上で、障害について理解している担当者の不在や、本人の特性に対してどのように対応するべきかが困難要因として挙げられた。また、障害者雇用に対する各種制度・政策についても理解していても利用するところまで来ていないケースが少なくない\nことが見受けられた。これらに対して、就労移行支援事業所等の関係施設との密な連携による受け入れ企業への情報提供や、助言体制の確立等を進めていくことが求められていることが示唆された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"京都文教大学地域協働研究教育センター","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"24369667","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"二本柳,
