Our method for creating visual aids was characterized by the establishment of a project involving an interagency, interprofessional team of 41 members and a collaborative effort in visualization involving the provision of scripts based on the actual experiences of users of psychiatric services. Analysis was characterized by the use of conversation analysis to investigate interactions among project participants.
