| 内容記述 | This study examines the recovery process among industrial workers with work-related mental health impairment. Although such a topic tends to be qualitatively examined, the study shows originality in adopting a quantitative method to examine the content validity of a qualitative study. Eight cases of work-related mental health impairment are studied and analyzed in this paper. As markedly fewer pathways between mental health resources are observed in all cases when severely impaired, it may be effective to increase their number in order to promote recovery. | |||||||||||
