| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify by questionnaire the reaction of informed consent with advanced cancer patients for experimental trials in Japan. The 1150 persons who participated in this study were 189 physicians, 304 nurses, 205 medical students, 150 students of nurse school and 302 students of university. Questionnaires were answered by participants. Responses of participants were recorded on anonymously. 1) There were 1037 yeas,113 nays,and no unanswered questions concerning informed consent with advanced cancer. The group of yeas were classified as group A 90% and the group of nays were as group B 10% on participants. 2) There were 134 yeas (13%),677 nays( 65%),and 224 (22%) unanswered questions concerning religion in group A. There were 21 yeas (19%),75 nays (66%),and 16(14%) unanswered questions concerning religion in group B. Statistically there were no significant difference on the percentage of yeas between A and B groups concering religion. 3) There were 770 yeas (74%),256 unknowns (25%),and 11 (1%) unanswered questions concerning peaceful death without pain in group A. There were 83 yeas (73%),28 unknowns (25%), and 2(2%) unanswered questions concerning peaceful death without pain in group B. Statistically there were no significant difference on the percentage of yeas between A and B groups concering peaceful death without pain. 4) There were 1009 yeas (98%),20 nays( 2%),and 9(0.8%) unanswered questions concerning together with family in group A. 5) There were 693 yeas (67%),331 nays(32%),and 13 (1 %) unanswered questions concerning satisfaction with one's life in group A. | |||||||||||||||||||||
