| 内容記述 | 欧米の1940年代から60年代にかけてのファインアートの分野では、作品を構成する諸要素の中で、純粋な造形性を追求することに重点が置かれてきた。その後、様々な動向を経て、1980年代以降は、物語性やメタファーなど言説性が重視される傾向にある。これはポスト・モダニズムの諸相と考えられている事柄とも一致している。この論文では、英国の現代アート作品における物語性を分析した上で、その特徴について考察をしている。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In the field of visual arts in Western countries from the 1940's to 60's, the concern for most of the visual artists was to search after the definite colors and forms without being impeded or restricted from beyond the canvas. After several art stream movements in the 70's, there has been a tendency to emphasize narrativity or metaphor in the works of art and it is agreeable with the aspects of post-modernism.? This paper is to establish the facts of post-modernism in the art works of Turner Prize, which was founded by the Tate Gallery in London in 1984 in order to encourage a wider interest in contemporary art. In addition, it seeks to explore the relationship between the content of the narrative in the works of art and the general affairs of the real world in Great Britain. | |||||||||||
