| 内容記述 | 磁気刺激法(TMS)を用いた先端的脳科学研究の被験者となる体験について、インタビューを通して質的に検討した結果、次の2点が示唆された。①一般健常者にとって脳科学研究は未知の領域であるがゆえに、被験者体験の良し悪しがダイレクトに研究への評価や意識に結びつきやすい。②自分の意思ではなく身体をコントロールされる体験は相当な侵襲性を持っており、安定したアイデンティティーを取り戻すにはかなり長い時間を要する場合もある。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | We have examined qualitatively how the subjects experience the high technological brain science experimental study, in which the transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) is used. As a result, we found the following two points were important. ①When ordinary persons participate as the subjects of this kind of study, they tend to evaluate the study under the direct influence of the quality of their subject experiences. We discussed that this is because the the method of study in brain science is not so familiar among ordinary people. ②The experience in which the subjects temporarily lose the control of their bodies is highly invasive to their minds, and sometimes they need relatively long time to recover from the unstable states of their identities. | |||||||||||||||||
