内容記述 | In this report, we studied it about the professionality of childcare workers to act in various professional areas. We undertook interviews about the professional potentialities of childcare workers who take care of disabled children for the fourth report. We considered the possibility of the professionality of childcare workers in the care of the intellectual disabled children from their interview data. The results of these considerations are as follows:1. The care to the intellectual disabled children by childcare workers is begun by the occurrence of a widerange of needs having to do with welfare that it isn't possible to do breeding, being good only in the concerning by the parent and child. 2. Childcare workers take care of disabled children through general, daily living activities. Through overall participation in daily living, we find an opportunity for interpersonal relationship formation with the children. 3. Deepening the relationship with a childcare worker becomes the trigger for interpersonal relationship formation with disabled children. The discovery is carried out in step by step. Childcare workers taking care of disabled children are superior in their sensitivity to them. 4. Childcare workers are undertaking parental care of disabled children as well as being concerned with the child in terms of nurturing skills, disability acceptance, anxiety for the future, and so on. 5. The main duties of a childcare worker are to enlarge the field where a disabled children is concerned, through enhancing skills in daily living. Disabled children improve their ability for living by this support from a childcare worker.The professionality of childcare worker is realized through the professional characteristics of Numbers 1-5 regarding the care of disabled children.Childcare workers can contribute to the care of disabled children by the development of their professional potentialities. |
