| 内容記述 | This report focused on the people who did child-care support by volunteers. I investigated about the element which they wanted to be important and which they could grow up by child-care support. There were two groups of child-care support. One was a group of “mama-san supporters (in Japanese)” (N=44), and the other was a group of “X (a new child-care support service at Kyoto-Fu)” (N=90). This study examined using a questionnaire. The results were as follows. It was given in a high rank of the item which they wanted to be important that “I can please with slight change and growth of a partner having with sympathize and love.”, “I can show a partner my smile.”, “I can get new finding from my mistake/failure.” in both groups. From cluster analysis, a characteristic of each group was found. It would be useful in the case of supporter recruitment in future that became clear whether the element which “mama-san supporters” assumed any kind of thing an important and growing up by this investigation. As for the child-care support, I think it is wonderful that there are people from who had high specialty to a volunteer of not having license and a nothing pay. As for the support that a person of volunteer activity performs, it may be said the first preventive support. By quality and a stage of the child-care support, competency of high quality may interfere. But there is still the competency that should be important there, and there is still the competency that can grow up together with a mother and a child. I think this as a very significant thing. | |||||||||||
