| 内容記述 | In this paper, I reported a helping project to school refusal children through home visits by university students, especially the process of training students. At the beginning, students could not make up their mind whether to join this project or not. I thought this indecision was very important for the students as novice helpers, so I tried to tell them that they should hold both willingness and hesitation to help another person in their mind all through the training programs. This message of mine helped students to make up their mind properly. Generally speaking, the helping activities through home visits sometimes shake the stability of the family too much. So the willingness to help another person sometimes changes into "willingness to shake another person" in the mind of helpers. And on the other hand, the helpers sometimes "hesitate to shake another person". Thus the helpers might hold a conflict between willingness and hesitation to shake another person. It is very important for the novice helpers to hold this conflict properly. Because when the helpers should feel only one emotion and deny the other, the helping relationship might be destructive one. And in organizing novice helpers, it is necessary for the organizer to prepare "holding environment" for novice helpers who hold conflict between "willingness" and "hesitation" in themselves. and practitioners are quite satisfied with these changes and welcome the new developments in the long-lasting traditional medicinal art. | |||||||||
