内容記述 | An elementary school teacher is required to teach more than one subject and master classroom management in the first. Thus, subject instruction and classroom management are important topics for an elementary school teacher. In this research, a questionnaire was administered to elementary school teachers on the difficulty of subject instruction and classroom management. The results were analyzed according to the number of years of teaching experience. The results showed that the difficulty of subject instruction and classroom management differs according to the number of years of teaching experience. A young teacher worries about "how to simultaneously talk to many people" and "how to create an orderly class environment." These concerns are a basic part of the knowledge and skills required for elementary school teachers. It is possible to develop a curriculum of teacher-training courses in the university to impart the knowledge and skills that elementary school teachers need. |
