内容記述 | This paper is based on a survey of the child-care provider image which 73 students (24 second year students, 24 third year students, 25 fourth year students) who try to become the child-care provider. Their multiple childcare images were analyzed and classified using KJ’s method. And the author carried out comparison of a student's analysis result with the analysis result of current child-care providers who showed by previous research. The conclusion is as follows: 1 . The author was able to classify student results of the investigation as well as the current child-care providers results of an investigation into four predominant images. 2 . The ratio of four predominant images changed with grades. The answer about the minus images (labor conditions are bad, work is serious, human relations are bad) of child-care of the second year student’s result was 40% or more. On the other hand, the fourth year student’s performed the child-care provider's job description and many answers about ideas of childcare. 3 The response rate of four predominant images of the fourth year student’s resembled the current child-care provider's response rate. The fourth year students are beginning to form the image of the child-care provider as professionals. 4 However, the fourth year students result differed from the first duties child-care provider's result considerably about distribution of their images. 5 Although the fourth year student’s image distribution showed the child-care provider image of the ideal based on childcare ideas, the first duties child-care provider's image distribution was his/her image based on the interaction with children in daily program. 6 When students join in early childhood settings for their professional experience, the image distribution of the child-care provider seems to be changed through daily childcare practice. The distribution of the image and the expertise of the child-care provider are then reconstructed through the continuous practice of childcare. | |||||||||||
