内容記述 In this research, we focused on “PBL type Inquiry Learning for School and People in a Local Area” as a form of “Cross Curriculum Inquiry Learning” in high schools, and developed a learning program to implement and manage it. There are many similarities in the issues that each region faces. By developing learning programs that match the educational conditions that support the educational activities of each high school, the “general inquiry” in high schools can be revitalized. In order to implement “community collaborative PBL inquiry learning,” it is necessary to overcome the differences between school education and social education, to create a network between schools and communities, and to develop a “community education system” in which schools and communities collaborate in educational activities. In this research, through action research, we set research questions according to the circumstances of each school, such as the actual situation of the students in each high school, what has been worked on so far, and the teacher system, and verified the contents of the practices. The learning effects of the practices were analyzed from the students’ worksheets and questionnaires. Questionnaires were also sent to the teachers involved in the practice and to guest teachers in the community to comprehensively verify the effects of the practice from the three aspects of students, teachers, and the community. Each school has different research questions. In this study, we analyzed and discussed the development of a learning program for “PBL type Inquiry Learning for School and People in a Local Area “ through a “Community Network” based on the action research of “Kyoto Prefectural HIGASHI UJI Senior High School”, one of the cooperating schools in the study. It is difficult for a single school to establish a “Regional Education System”. By collaborating and exchanging information among elementary schools, junior high schools, and high schools in the same region, the planning and execution of inquiry-based learning can be made more efficient. Even if the content of study is different, the exchange of information will enable effective use of local human resources and resources. When schools in the same region work together, the “Regional Education System” becomes more reliable, and continuous learning can take place at the school level.
