| 内容記述 | Objective: Conduct research on the current status and challenges of new graduate nurses with previous work experience, and understand their human relationships. This research can also provide insights on enabling their continued employment as nurses. Methods: Analysis of the interviews with new graduate nurses included analysis by the KJ method and KH Coder method. Results: Analysis of the new graduate nurse interviews provided the following observations. |
