内容記述 | As teacher training, the substantial experience opportunity in connection with a school or a child is called for in addition to Practice Teaching. There is "School Internship" as a typical measure of school experience activities. In enforcement of School Internship, to attain clarification of division of roles with Practice Teaching is needed. Moreover, it is required to decide a school for School Internship for smooth and positive enforcement and to examine the contents of enforcement. The university has to build the organization with which the board of education and a school cooperate. And the university needs to carry out prior and subsequent instruction to a student appropriately. Moreover, it is necessary to perform information dissemination for grasping that the student and the school need and a merit. As mentioned above, in order to carry out School Internship, it is necessary to fully consider various environmental management. School Internship was positioned by the Teacher-Training Course in 2019. The meaning of school experience activities can know the school spot more deeply, and I hear that it is effective in training of the foundation of the practical leadership by the round trip of theory and practice because a student performs experience activities continuously over a long period of time at the school spot etc. However, the verification about the point which is "effective in training of the foundation of the practical leadership by the round trip of theory and practice" is not enough. Moreover, the argument about distinguishing Practice Teaching and School Internship how still has little research, and its difference is great by a university. In this research, I considered it as the various capability needed in schools which are adapted for school, such as capability and volition as a teacher, with practical leadership. By enforcement of School Internship, I verified whether practical leadership training had an effect. |
